We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy requires 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid charges. The fee for using our car for your test includes the instructor's time (they'll pick you up before the test, provide a warm-up lesson, and accompany you to the test center) and the use of the vehicle during the test. The instructor will not be in the car during your actual test – only you and the examiner will be present.
